Shop Policies
  1. Payment Terms
    • Full payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. Payment must be made before or when picking up the instrument. However, for more complex repairs, you may be asked to make milestone payments during the repair process, with the final payment due upon completion.
  2. Notification and Pickup
    • Once your instrument’s repair is complete, you will be notified by text with the amount due.
    • Customers are expected to pick up their repaired instrument within 90 days of receiving this notification.
  3. Abandonment of Instruments
    • If the instrument is not retrieved within 90 days from the date of notification, it will be deemed abandoned.
    • The shop reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs, parts, and associated fees by selling or otherwise disposing of any abandoned instrument.
  4. Additional Fees and Liabilities
    • Storage fees may be assessed at the shop’s discretion for instruments left beyond the initial notice period but before the 90-day abandonment cutoff.
    • The shop is not responsible for loss or damage to any instrument left beyond 90 days.
By leaving your instrument with me, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please discuss them with me before authorizing the repair of your instrument.
